When I decide I've had enough of my walk, I make sure I head for home.
There's a very definite technique to this.
I stand and REFUSE TO BUDGE
and when my message is understood,
I walk with my head down in a very determined way.
SO GLAD I'M UNDERSTOOD.

The caterpillar
Mum bought a draught excluder for Auntie,
~ Okay, it is actually a doggie toy ~
but it works great as a draught excluder,
that is until
a certain
small
orange
dog
decides
he
wants
it
He got caught red handed (or red pawed).
It is now back to being a draught excluder,
for now anyway.

A few days away
I've had my staff take me on a few days to Oxfordshire....HA...sorry about that mum and dad, I know you love me.
Some of you will have seen this next picture on Facebook. (If anyone hasn't tried Facebook it's really good. Mum avoided it for years and now wishes she had joined it sooner when she discovered she could set it to suit her and limit who saw what....Mum says it's like being Editor in Chief, just like you can on blogs).
Anyway, on with my post....We took the Park & Ride into Oxford one day. Oh boy, do I LOVE a ride on a bus, so interesting and lots to see

Anyway, on with my post....We took the Park & Ride into Oxford one day. Oh boy, do I LOVE a ride on a bus, so interesting and lots to see
Again mum shopped, (what's new) - she was very crafty sneaking pics of me and dad
We weren't brave enough to walk Under this equipment being moved by crane,
we sensibly waited til it moved from over the street!
There were some cute alleyways in Oxford,
I would have enjoyed sitting down there at the pub,
but we had to get on with our walk
~ That was a good visit to Oxford ~
THE NEXT DAY
we went to
(we've been there before,
but it is always nice to revisit these places)
and
I got to fly a plane
Okay, I thought I was flying.
It was fun sitting there though
and guess what,
the staff at Hughenden were obviously expecting me
as they had put out a bowl of water
and some TREATS in a jar
Of course, I had to try one to be polite
ONWARD AND UPWARD
LITERALLY
Another day to
and it was HIGH
AND WINDSWEPT
BUT A GREAT VIEW, YOU HAVE TO AGREE
And so my adventure continued....
Another day we walked
by the River Thames,
and OVER it too.
Very nice
and lots of sniffs along the way
That was a great trip away
But Oh so good to get home
and have a quick paddle
